Geode Quartz Electroformed Necklace

This necklace features a half of an Oco Agate Geode that has been electroformed to create a unique pendant. Oco Geodes are found in the Oco region of Brazil. Each geode has been hand cut and polished, electroformed, and attached to a antique copper chain.

The copper on the pendant has been "grown" onto the stone through a process called Electroforming, which involves leaving the stone in an acid bath for 12-24 hours while connected to electricity. The copper has been antiqued with patina to create a rustic and natural look.

The pendant comes on an antique copper chain in your choice of length.

Pendants vary slightly in size, ranging from 1.5" - 2"

Due to the natural variances in stone colors and designs, and the organic nature in which the copper is plated onto the stone, each necklace is entirely unique. You may receive one of the pendant shown in this listing, or one with slight variations.
